Fue en esas circunstancias cuando observan al imputado identificado con las iniciales D.A.V.V. manipulando un arma de fuego.<\/p>\n<p>Producto de lo anterior, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el teniente Alvarez, el personal de Carabineros procedi\u00f3 a la detenci\u00f3n del sujeto por el delito de infracci\u00f3n Art\u00edculo 11 de la Ley 17.798 Control armas y explosivos.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el fiscal de turno dispuso que D.A.V.V. de 30 a\u00f1os fuese apercibido al art.26 del C.P.P., mientras que el armamento se enviara al Laboratorio de Criminalista de la instituci\u00f3n para las pericias respectivas.    \t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u25e6 El imputado de 30 a\u00f1os mantiene antecedentes anteriores por delitos violentos.
